In 2018, the Dance Gallery began a residency program in collaboration with CAS for artists to develop new works. This residency takes place over Indigenous People’s Weekend and is an all inclusive residency, offering travel from NYC, accommodations, meals, rehearsal space, and a community showing at the end. These moments have been fruitful for choreographers workshopping new dances, giving space and inspiration to create in the picturesque Catskill mountains.
