Located in the Town of Bethel, the Sullivan County International Airport occupies a 600 acre hilltop, approximately five miles northwest of the Village of Monticello, and 90 miles northwest of New York City.
Hours of operation: 0700-1700 (Local Time) The airport is a Part 139 Certified Airport providing Aircraft Rescue & Firefighting Services.
The Airport was originally developed in the late 1960s to serve the Catskills, opening just in time to host performers arriving for the fabled 1969 Woodstock Music and Art Festival five miles to the west.
