This lovely four-season rental sleeps up to eight guests, in a 4 bed/2 bath cottage, with seasonal lake views. The cottage is conveniently located just two miles outside the town of Jeffersonville, that means food, shops, and services, are located just one scenic mile down the creek from the cottage. The dam is in need of repair and therefore water levels are unpredictable. During periods of rain there should be water in the lake. During periods of drought, the water levels in the lake may be quite low. The lake bottom may be visible. Our prices reflect the current lake conditions. In addition, we're just 7.5 miles from Bethel Woods Center for the Arts and less than a half hour ride from The Kartrite Indoor Water Park, Resorts World Catskills, The Delaware RIver, Golfing, Breweries, Distilleries shops, and restaurants. The cottage is located within a 20-minute drive to nearby towns and their offerings including Bethel, Roscoe, Livingston Manor, Callicoon, Monticello, Liberty, Kauneonga Lake, and the Delaware River.
