The Lunch Meeting

An event every week that begins at 12:15pm on Tuesday, repeating until December 18, 2018
A midday wellness workout (but don’t “sweat” the “workout” part!)! Many of us take the time to stretch and strengthen our physical bodies, but we don’t spend enough time doing the same for our inner bodies. Each week, we’ll discuss a different strategy we can incorporate into our everyday lives to makes things just a little easier. Join us as we look as a different way to “tone the muscles” we use to navigate our daily lives, making us more “fit” for the world in which we live. Come every Tuesday (ok, almost every Tuesday – be sure to check the schedule) or come whenever you are able!
