A Lotta Ricotta

A hands-on workshop for those with a passion for making delicious specialties. You will learn the basics of cheese making; you can try milking one of our dairy goats, make ricotta cheese, and explore several ways of adding herbs and spices when serving it.
No experience necessary (this class is for beginners, teens and adults) but please bring your love of tasty food.
Two classes will be given this year: Sundays, June 2nd & September 8th, 11 am – 1 pm.
Reservations required. $45.00/person.
