Exploring Gratitude (For Adults)

The Art of Wellness, facilitated by Licensed Creative Arts Therapist Candace Rivela, is an opportunity to connect with fellow community members around themes of resilience, health, and wellness in a non-judgmental space to grow and heal. Research shows that practicing gratitude regularly is key to a healthy mindset and can make us feel better about where we are in life. What creative ways do you practice gratitude? Learn a new one by creating a gratitude box, which can evolve over time and serve as a daily reminder of all the things you are thankful for. * Space is limited and you must RSVP to attend.
