It’s one of most fun days of the year in Jeffersonville! It is the annual Jeffersonville Jamboree sponsored by Jeffersonville JEMS which will be returning to Main Street, Jeffersonville, on Saturday, September 18th. JEMS members will be rejoicing at the return of a day of fun, food, music and so much more! A pancake breakfast, the ever popular tractor parade, the duck race, live music, free horse drawn carriage rides will make for a very exciting day.
The First Presbyterian Church of Jeffersonville will begin to serve its pancake breakfast at 7:30 AM and will continue until 11:30 AM. At noon the beloved tractor parade featuring a wide range of vintage and modern tractors will wind through Main Street.
Over twenty-five craft vendors featuring interesting handmade items will line Main Street beginning at 10 AM.
At 2 PM many will be headed to the footbridge by Callicoon Creek for the exciting and lively duck race. First prize will be $300, 2nd prize will be $200 and $100 will be the third prize. The last pokey duck will receive a prize of $50. Tickets priced at $5 for one duck, 3/$10, 5/$15, 8/$20 and 12/$25 are now available through any JEMS member and will be available at the Jeff Jamboree.
Main Street will be brought to life by the music of DJ Jim. Free horse drawn carriage rides can be picked up at the Jeffersonville Post Office/The Secret Garden Building for a real country experience.
