Learn to Meditate Workshop in Upstate NY Catskills

Do you keep hearing about all the benefits of meditation, but where to start? This special Learn to Meditate class is designed to help you learn meditation tips, improve the quality of your life, and gain an experience of inner peace. Enjoy practical instruction and guided meditation. Everyone is welcome, we sit in chairs or on meditation cushions and no experience is necessary.
Come for the day – Get away for the day; start it off with a delicious Belgian waffle in the World Peace Cafe. Then enjoy Sunday morning class with Prayers for World Peace with Buddhist Monk Gen Samten. After that have a tasty vegetarian lunch with the community, browse the bookstore or explore one of the hiking trails on our 82 acres of natural woodlands.
