This meditation workshop is perfect to help you learn to meditate and gain practical experience with applying meditative thinking to all areas of your life. Experiential and practical, this workshop will reveal how we can use Buddhist meditation and positive thinking to transform every moment of our daily life. Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary. The workshop will include Guided Meditations and a Short Talk providing fundamental instruction on how to meditate and practical solutions to problems in daily life, inducing genuine optimism and increased happiness. At the end of the course, there is time for questions & answers. These meditation workshops are very accessible. You do not need to bring any mats or wear any special clothing. We provide both cushions and chairs, and there is no physical exercise, yoga, or stretching involved. You are welcome to stay for a vegetarian meal, $5 extra.
