Mindfulness Retreat with Buddhist Monk 2022 USA

We all want to live mindfully. What does this mean and how do we do it? Buddha taught a meditation practice where we combine wisdom and mindfulness to focus on the four areas of life that consume our attention: Our body, our feelings of happiness and sadness, our mind, and all other phenomena. During this course we will explore this method of living mindfully in a precise, practical, and lighthearted manner.
Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary.
Accommodations & vegetarian meals available. You can attend one day or the full retreat. Onsite accommodations are available or stay in the surrounding Sullivan Catskills area.
