This five-day beginner-friendly meditation retreat offers a chance to step away from the noise of busy daily life and refresh your mind through meditation.
Spend the weekend learning a simple, but profound meditation that allows you to discover the natural clarity and stillness of your own mind. Then, enjoy two days of silence and guided meditation to deepen your experience of peace.
Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary.
The retreat will be based on meditations on the clarity of the mind.
