Sullivan 180 – Take Charge of Your Health Workshop

Sullivan 180 is launching a bi-monthly health education series, Take Charge of Your Health. This workshop series will provide information, offer resources and promote innovative ways for Sullivan County residents to live a healthier lifestyle.
The first program will be held on Thursday, February 21st at 5:30 p.m. at the CVI Center in Ferndale. A panel discussion highlighting free community resources and opportunities for health improvement will be moderated by Amanda Langseder – Director of Community Health at Greater Hudson Valley Health System. Members of the panel will include SueAnn Boyd – Healthy Schools Coordinator at Cornell Cooperative Extension and Sullivan 180 Community Health Champion; Regina Minena – One Complete Life Wellness Circle participant; Carol Park – Roscoe Club 180; Darrin Raynor – Sullivan County Deputy Commissioner of Management and Budget and County Worksite Wellness Coordinator; and Colleen Emery – Sullivan Renaissance Project Coordinator.
