Buddhist meditation is widely known for its ability to help people remove their inner causes of suffering. It is also about becoming happier and happier — discovering the deep peace, joy, and bliss we all have inside of us. Join us for a meditation workshop which will explain how to use the power of meditation to tap into this potential for lasting happiness. We can learn to pacify distraction, negative thoughts, and unhappiness, and thereby come to discover an authentic experience of peace.
Open to everyone in person at Kadampa Meditation Center New York or online via ZOOM. This morning meditation workshop will give practical tools to solve our daily problems, overcome painful feelings and get the most out of our life experiences.
