In this class, we will look at how to begin and make progress in our meditation practice. Meditation is a habit. Whether this habit sticks or not depends upon what techniques we use to keep our effort and joy going. Feel free to drop into any or all of these classes to learn how to find real peace through meditation. Everyone welcome!
Each beginner-friendly meditation class includes two guided meditations, practical wisdom on how to maintain the experience of the inner peace in daily life and time to discuss the ideas presented.
