YO1 Community Yoga Program

Dive into YO1 Wellness Center’s authentic yoga program, suitable for any experience level. Learn Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga from fully trained professionals in their state-of-the-art wellness center; with beautiful views of the Catskills.
Under this program, you will progress from learning basic Yoga asanas to more moderate to advanced poses within an 8-week series. You will learn the basic forms as well as yoga postures that can help you cope with various common ailments and stressors of day to day life. In this series, you will be led through easy to more challenging postures and breathing techniques, as well as exercises and relaxation techniques that help the body, mind, and spirit align for a greater sense of peace and well-being.
