Eat Healthy, Eat Local – a Sullivan Catskills Initiative

If you’re health conscious or paying close attention to what you eat, look for the Eat Healthy, Eat Local stamp of approval when dining in the Sullivan Catskills – a restaurant initiative developed by Sullivan County Public Health Services, in collaboration with the Sullivan Catskills Visitors Association and Catskill Regional Medical Center.

Eat Healthy, Eat Local encourages Sullivan Catskills restaurants to join in and work with the hospital’s team to select menu offerings that meet basic healthy criteria using locally sourced ingredients. So, when you’re dining out, be sure to look for the logo on menus and/or the eateries website – or click here to see the list of participating member businesses.

The following restaurants work with local producers and their chefs to craft health and weight conscious menu options. You now can live life to its full potential, by enjoying delicious Sullivan Catskills cuisine, responsibly created just for you!
