Hotelier Sant Singh Chatwal is branching out to the Catskills with a high-end resort called The Chatwal Lodge, set to debut in June in Bethel, N.Y. Guests will be able to fish in the on-property trout stream or get an ayurvedic wellness treatment at the resort’s spas.
