LIBERTY — The Sullivan Catskills are about to get a whole lot more fabulous as they play host to a groundbreaking celebration to kick off summer and celebrate Pride Month this June.
“Drag Me to the Catskills” is set to dazzle attendees with a weekend-long extravaganza featuring drag queens, performances, and a vibrant display of LGBTQ+ pride.

Scheduled to take place from June 14-16, this inaugural event marks a significant milestone in the Catskills’ cultural landscape, bringing together communities to embrace love, acceptance, and self-expression. Organized by Sullivan Catskills Visitors Association in collaboration with Up&Out NY, Drag Me to the Stage, The Forestburgh Playhouse, and community partners, “Drag Me to the Catskills” promises to be a one-of-a-kind experience. Attendees can look forward to a lineup of performances by some of the most talented drag queens from across the country, Mrs. Kasha Davis, Darienne Lake, Acid Betty, Thorgy Thor, Aggy Dune and Ambrosia Salad.

Throughout the weekend, participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a variety of activities, including drag shows, dance parties, brunch and more.
