SCVA Annual Grant Program
Supporting Sullivan County's Tourism Infrastructure
The Sullivan County Visitors Association Annual Grant Program provides operational funding to established organizations that consistently contribute to our county’s tourism infrastructure and visitor experience.

Who Should Apply?
Organizations that:
- Are based in Sullivan County
- Have a proven track record of tourism impact
- Offer programs that enhance visitor experiences
- Generate overnight stays in the county
- Can provide measurable tourism impact metrics
What We Fund
Annual grants support:
- Tourism staff and programming
- Marketing and promotional initiatives
- Visitor experience enhancements
- Programs targeting overnight visitors
- Year-round tourism activities
Application Process

Step 1: Submit Application
Complete the application form with organizational information, tourism impact details, and planned use of funds
Step 2: Committee Review
Applications reviewed by SCVA committee in December
Step 3: Decision & Agreement
Funding decisions announced by December 15, with formal agreements signed by January 15
Step 4: Funding Distribution
Rolling disbursements based on compliance with reporting
Step 5: Submit Follow Up

Reporting Requirements
Recipients must provide:
- Quarterly progress reports (April 15, July 15, October 15, January 15)
- Documented visitor numbers and demographics
- Marketing materials showing SCVA recognition
- Financial documentation for use of funds
- Year-end comprehensive impact report
