In this workshop, led by Erin Dudley, we'll play with the slip and slide movement of your scapula and the flex and extension of the thoracic spine as it relates to the arms torso and spinal extension. Make space for experimental body play through familiar asana and movements used to consider the responses of your structure as it relates only to you.
