Building a personal practice, with instructor Erin Dudley. For teachers and students of all levels interested in exploring Hatha Yoga as a healing modality. We will enter the space, fill out index cards with questions and explore as many as time allows. Hormonal shifts, work stress, high blood pressure, injury, sports training, inflammation, weight loss, arthritis, emotional pain. Come with questions.
