Develop a warm and loving heart in this free guided meditation class. Classes include two guided meditations, a talk and inspiring prayers for world peace. After class, share a delicious vegetarian lunch with our residential Buddhist community and class attendees, and enjoy meaningful conversations with kind people. Meal is $7.00, groups over 5 please preregister for meal. Free Temple Tours after lunch. Nature Trails, Coffeehouse, Gift Shop, Bookstore.
