The Monticello Bagel Bakery was founded in 1967 by the Fleischman family. It is owned and run by second and third generation Fleischmans. It was one of the first bagel bakeries to venture out of the N.Y.C. area. Monticello Bagel Bakery has operated and prospered because of it's strong roots to Monticello and Sullivan county. We have and thank the best customers all over the U.S.A and hope the next 50 years is even better!
