Before dinner, grab snacks and drinks at the bar. After dinner, turn on the jukebox, grab another round and rack the pool table.
Known for their farm to table cuisine, The Heron and Hennings Local will serve up prix-fixe Thanksgiving dinners. Bernie’s Holiday Restaurant will offer all you can eat turkey, prime rib, and honey glazed ham. Or you could have dinner at The Villa Roma Resort (even if you’re not a guest) or feast high atop the Shawangunk Mountain Range at The Eagle’s Nest.
DIY Or Semi-Homemade
If you’ve secured your Red Cottage vacation rental and are ready to do the cooking, we highly suggest a fresh turkey from Hilly Acres Farm or Butchie’s Organic Farm. Both the Callicoon and Barryville Farmers’ Markets are stocked with root veggies, cider, wine, cheese, baked good and more.
Should you need a little help in the kitchen, call Big Kev’s BBQ or Catskills Mountain Resort and have it catered! No need to bake either – Brandenburg Bakery and Chestnut Creek Baked Goods will do it for you.
