Spring in the Sullivan Catskills wouldn’t be complete without one of its most beloved hometown traditions: the Callicoon Tractor Parade! Mark your calendars—Sunday, June 8, 2025 (tentative)—for a day full of charm, horsepower, and community spirit as Callicoon hosts its 30th Annual Tractor Parade, featuring over 200 tractors rolling through town.
A Parade Rooted in Tradition
Kicking off sharply at noon on Lower Main Street, this long-standing event draws crowds from near and far to celebrate the area’s agricultural heritage and local pride. From antique beauties to modern machines, the tractors steal the show—but it’s the small-town atmosphere, friendly faces, and festive energy that make this event a true favorite.
What to Expect
Parade Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Where: Lower Main Street, Callicoon

Stick around after the last tractor rolls by—Delaware Youth Center (DYC) is the place to be for a delicious BBQ! Chow down on pulled pork and chicken meals, served with baked beans, coleslaw, and a roll. Drinks and snacks will also be available. Preordering your BBQ ticket is highly recommended to ensure you don’t miss out on this mouthwatering tradition!
There will also be some more fun at the Delaware Youth Center. Be sure to grab a tractor parade T-Shirt, enter the River Run Raffle with awesome prizes and support the DYC—a hub for youth programs and community events.
Planning to Attend or Participate?
- Registration starts at 7 AM at the DYC
- There’s no entry fee, but donations are greatly appreciated
- No parking at AGWAY—please follow signage for designated parking
- Safety first! No children on laps/fenders, no alcohol, and no political signage
- Tractors must be operational and have working brakes—no pulling tractors
- Volunteers will be along the route to assist—please follow their guidance
