Saturday
Head to Holiday Mountain in the Catskills. This family-friendly ski hill just got a major upgrade with new snowmaking, better lifts, a new terrain park, and expanded runs. They have lessons for all ages and skill levels, so it’s great for beginners and families.
After skiing, check into River Front Ski Chalet AirBnB. It’s a 5-minute walk from the slopes, so you can literally roll out of bed and be back on the mountain.
For dinner, visit The Dale in Mountain Dale for sourdough pizza. If you go on a Friday, you might catch karaoke around 8pm!
Sunday
Grab breakfast at Layla’s in Wurtsboro, then head back to the slopes. Holiday Mountain has night skiing and the lodge has food and drinks.
