Rock Valley Spirits is a family-owned small batch Artisan Distillery in Rock Valley NY. Jim and Terry Milk welcome you to visit and see how premium spirits are made. They mash, ferment, distill and bottle on premises with 100 % New York State grain using traditional methods. Sample the handcrafted spirits in the timber framed tasting room or enjoy a cocktail on the Bluestone patio while watching the sun set over the old homestead. Tours and Tastings available.
