Catskill Food Truck is a mobile food truck stationed in the backyard beer garden of Catskill Brewery at 672 Old Route 17 Livingston Manor NY specializing in brewpub style, farm-to-table fare. We use local ingredients, hand prepared by our Chef Shane Zeman. Some of our local suppliers include: Tonjes Dairy, Agrarian Feast Microgreens, Orwashers Bakery, Do Good Chicken, Grillos Pickles, Norwich Meadows Farm, Bella Bella Meat & Poultry, Rockland Bakery, Wonder Meats, and Catsmo Artisan Smokehouse. Onsite hours of operations are: Thursday 3-8pm, Friday 1-8pm, Saturday 12-8pm, Sunday 12-7pm. Occasionally we are open later for special events.
