Galli Family Farm

About Us

The Galli Family Farm was started by Dimona Galli, who is living with MS and a breast cancer survivor. Dimona realized that an important step to her recovery and coping, is a natural, and nutritious diet. Dimona realized that supermarkets do not provide the quality food that is high in protein and actually all natural. It became Dimona’s endeavor to provide her family with the highest quality poultry, focusing on sustainable, renewable, earth friendly farming practices, keeping her birds happy to produce the best flavored meat. What started as a personal quest for better quality food, has morphed into a Thanksgiving tradition. The Galli Family Farm, specializes in small flock production of Heritage Breed Standard Bronze Turkeys, specifically for Thanksgiving. The particular breed of turkey lends itself to be the centerpiece of a holiday table, with it’s slower growth rate producing superb flavor, traditional texture and looks. The farm also raises Broad Breasted White Turkeys, Freedom Ranger, Kosher King and Cornish Rock Chickens, as well as Ducks. All of the birds are raised only during peak grazing time, so that the birds spend the majority of their life grazing grass, plants and insects. All of the birds are supplemented with organic non-GMO feeds. The birds are raised in small flocks, so that each bird receives individual care, with a strict focus on producing the best possible flavors. The farm also offers fresh brown eggs from actual free ranging chickens, as well as homemade organic Challah Bread, baked to order. Dimona encourages visitors to tour the farm, and interact with all of the animals. Bring the kids to feed the goats and sheep. Meet the farm favorites, the goats Francisco and Milkshake, and their adopted brother Oreo, a sheep who thinks he is a goat. There is always something new at the farm, so check out the website. Small groups are welcome anytime during business hours. Larger groups can be accommodated by appointment.
