Libby’s Garden Kids Club: Pizza Garden Project

This summer, Libby’s Garden Market is excited to offer Libby’s Garden Kids Club, a workshop series for ages 7–15 that invites children to explore gardening, cooking, and nature-inspired creativity through hands-on, joy-filled experiences. 

Each session is thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity and encourage collaboration. Set in a welcoming home garden, this small-group program blends guided instruction with open-ended discovery. By summer’s end, your children will leave with new skills, handmade projects, and a deeper connection to the natural world. 

Saturday, May 30
Pizza Garden Project
We’ll plant the ingredients for the pizzas we make together later in the season and create a gourd birdhouse to take home and welcome feathered friends to your garden.

Saturday, June 27
Secret Garden Tea Party
Together, we’ll enjoy a magical afternoon of baking, creativity, and sharing garden-inspired delights at our very own garden tea party!

Saturday, July 25
Magical Garden Workshop
We’ll take a nature walk to gather herbs for homemade ice cream and collect leaves, flowers, and tiny treasures to make a glowing lantern to take home to enjoy on summer evenings.

Saturday, August 29
Harvest Pizza Celebration
Together, we’ll celebrate the season’s harvest by learning to make fresh mozzarella and harvesting ingredients we grew together to make pizza for our garden pizza party!
