Yoga, Breath Work, Sound Bath

Welcoming back Rachel Dilworth for a special 90 min class at Bodies + Plants where we will release habitual tension in the body through yoga asana and signal a sense of safety in the body. Class will move into anchoring breath work and meditation where we will establish a safe haven in the mind. Finally, we’ll end in a Sound Bath/Savasana.
