This past Saturday, November 23rd, community members, local officials, and business leaders gathered at 430 Old Route 17, Livingston Manor, NY for the ribbon-cutting ceremony, hosted by the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce and the Livingston Manor Chamber of Commerce. The event marked the launch of Threshold, which has already begun delighting diners with its cozy atmosphere and innovative menu.
