Cider lovers! Catskills Cider Fest at Seminary Hill is this Saturday, May 10th. Come celebrate apple-growing and cider making heritage in The Catskills and the Hudson Valley with a full day of flavor, music, and community. Buy tickets now!
What to Expect at Catskills Cider Fest
On Ciderfest day, you’ll have the opportunity to sample cider from Seminary Hill’s own orchards, along with pours from other regional cideries that showcase the diversity and creativity of the Catskills craft beverage scene. Two unreleased estate ciders will make their exclusive debut—be among the first to taste what’s next from this award-winning cidery.
Visitors will also get to tour Seminary Hill’s cidery, the first Passive House-certified cidery in the world, designed for sustainability and breathtaking views. Take in the architectural beauty while learning how Seminary Hill blends traditional methods with modern innovation to produce its signature dry ciders.
As you sip and stroll, enjoy live music from the Rivertown Ramblers, warm up by the bonfire, and soak in the festive atmosphere. And if your appetite kicks in, The Tasting Room will be serving up farm-inspired meals (available for an additional charge)—a perfect pairing to your cider flight.
