Friday Fitness Series Winter 2025 – 2026

Let’s move together!

Wear comfortable clothing and prepare for a fusion fitness practice guided by music and inspired by dance, martial arts, and healing arts. Round yoga mats are provided.

Classes will be held Fridays, December 5th & 12th, and January 9th – March 13th from 10:00-11:00am at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Sullivan County in the North Room (from the front door, turn right and proceed to the last door on the right).
